There are seven (7) weekly natural childbirth preparation and prenatal education classes per course series. Refresher class meets once for 4 hours.
If your due date does not correlate with an open series or refresher class, and you need a different start date, drop me a line to see if we can coordinate it.

Light snacks provided. Bring your water bottle to stay hydrated, two pillows, one oversized scarf or rebozo, and wear comfortable clothing that lets you move and exercise freely.

🌷Spring Refresher Class 2026: You can attend classes of your choice in the Spring series course (see above for starting date on May 2nd) if you do not want to attend all seven classes. You are eligible for a refresher class if you have given birth before.
