Upon completion of classes, you will be prepared to give birth naturally and with confidence. Your birth support person will be ready to assist you physically and emotionally, encouraging positive interactions (advocacy) to support an empowering birth experience. Preparing for a natural birth gives babies the best possible start.
Course investment: $325/series. A series consists of seven weekly (2.5 hour classes) hands-on classroom instruction to prepare you for a holistic labor, birth and postpartum. Military and student discounts.
